5.  Customer Friendly Payment Schedule

We have a 10% deposit and 45% draw at the installation of the concrete pool shell structure.  On installation of the concrete shell you have 45% of the contract price still in hand.  Many other companies will only leave you with 10%- 30% at this stage.  Also, our contract leaves you with a 10% final payment on completion.  Why do we do this when most companies have a final payment of only 5% or less? Simple, we know we are going to make you happy. 

6.  Understand When the Final Payment Due

On completion.  To us that means when the pool is full of water, chemicals balanced, and the pool is working correctly.  More than a few other companies require final payment before they will fill the pool or even apply the interior finish. Check the contract fine print.

7.  Freestyle Production Team

Every customer is assigned an office production manager and an on site field supervisor.  They are responsible for all phases of the construction of your project and are always ready to answer your questions via email, cell phone or our main office phone.

9.  License Holder

Mark Osborne is our State Pool Contractors license holder (sometimes called the qualifier),  Some companies have been known to use a qualifier not involved in the day to day operation of the business.
